Shipping Policy

How orders from The Official Black Sheep Company get to you.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. Vintage and oversized pieces may take a day or two longer — we will tell you if so.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For international enquiries, contact us before ordering — we handle those case by case.

Carriers & timing

Standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited options may be available at checkout or on request
High-value and fragile pieces ship insured, and may require a signature

Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not guarantees — weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

Report a lost or damaged shipment within 7 days of the expected delivery date (see Refunds & Returns). We take responsibility for goods until they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
