We want you to be confident buying from The Official Black Sheep Company. This policy covers purchases made through theofficialblacksheepco.store.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging they arrived in.
Unique pieces are sold as described and photographed. Because these cannot be restocked, returns are accepted only if the item arrives materially different from its description or is damaged in transit. Please review photos and condition notes carefully before purchase, and ask us anything first — we answer honestly.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. We will replace, repair, or refund it — our choice depending on the item — and cover return shipping in these cases.
Email support@theofficialblacksheepcompany.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back before we confirm — we will send instructions and the return address.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return (or of approval where no return is required). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the returns policy above applies.
